What is replacing the Renault Zoe?
The reinvented Renault 5 EV will launch in 2024 with a focus on offering ‘driving pleasure’, according to the firm. The new machine will replace the hugely successful Renault Zoe as the French firm’s entry-level electric hatch, and features styling inspired by the classic model that was produced between 1972 and 1996. But it is now being discontinued to make way for the next generation of electric models including the Renault 5 and 4. Production of the supermini is due to end in March 2024 but a Renault spokesperson told us that while customers can still buy a new Zoe from its existing UK stock, it is not taking any new orders.
