Can I cancel a rental car reservation without penalty?
If you did not prepay for your reservation, there will not be a cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days, but at least 24 hours before your specified pick-up time you will be refunded the booking amount minus a small cancellation fee. If you cannot honor your reservation, and you do not cancel online or call the restaurant to cancel your reservation ahead of time, the restaurant reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show. Most restaurants hold reservations for 15 minutes.
