Is JuiceBox still in business?
While JuiceBox products will continue to operate with software connectivity after October 11, 2024, customer service will not be available during this interim period. The third-party firm will manage claims and communication with stakeholders after October 11, 2024. Please visit the claims information page. If data connectivity is lost the JuiceBox will not enter a fail-safe mode, the JuiceBox will continue to operate/charge at the selected current value previously set within JuiceNet dashboard or the JuicePass App.
Did the JuiceBox go out of business?
If you own a JuiceBox electric vehicle charger, you’ve probably changed how you charge. Last year, Enel X Way North America, JuiceBox’s parent company, shut down operations in the U. S. Canada, cutting off access to smart charging, phone apps, and customer service. The JuiceBox app shut down shortly after. The JuiceBox probably isn’t the worst EV charger out there, but plenty of others offer the same features at a lower price, and with a better reputation. It’s also one of the few big EV charger brands that still doesn’t offer a model with a Tesla (NACS) plug. As of 2024, you can do better.The Juicebox 40 is sturdy, high quality Level 2 EV charger. The enel X app is easy to set up as well. The app has excellent features and settings. It even allows you to add your vehicle type that shows your range.
