Is JuiceBox still in business?
While JuiceBox products will continue to operate with software connectivity after October 11, 2024, customer service will not be available during this interim period. The third-party firm will manage claims and communication with stakeholders after October 11, 2024. Please visit the claims information page. If data connectivity is lost the JuiceBox will not enter a fail-safe mode, the JuiceBox will continue to operate/charge at the selected current value previously set within JuiceNet dashboard or the JuicePass App.
What happened to JuiceBox EV chargers?
On October 2, 2024, Enel X Way announced that it is shutting down its North American business, with its services going offline on October 11. Residential charging stations will only retain the ability to charge vehicles but will lose all smart charging functions. Will my JuiceBox charger still work after October 2024? Yes, your JuiceBox charger will still charge your EV, but it will lose smart features like remote monitoring and scheduling.
